Production: The grapes macerate and ferment in small stainless steel tanks, separating the varieties and estates from the beginning. After malolactic fermentation, they are filled into French oak barrels for approximately 12 months.

Tasting note: Sweet and smooth wine, with a beautiful cherry color. On the nose, mineral notes are presented with small nuances of caramelized orange and cherry. With a smoky and very expressive touch, the flavors are accompanied by a good mouthfeel, ideal to accompany all kinds of meats and rice dishes.
