The vineyards

In the vicinity of the town of Poboleda are our vineyards of La Pleta and Les Foreses, two vineyards that are part of the Priorat territory and deserving of a designation like this.

IN THESE TWO ESTATES THE FOLLOWING VARIETIES ARE GROWED: GARNATXA, SYRAH, CARIÑENA, CABERNET SAUVIGNON AND MERLOT. WITH VINE GRAPES UP TO 30 YEARS OLD, THEY PROVIDE MATURITY AND STRUCTURE TO BOTH OMUS AND SHIRUS.

Its characteristic slate soil, also known as llicorella, distributed in terraces and its vines with history make us very proud of these vineyards.

The village of Poboleda

From an unparalleled location such as Piorat rises Poboleda, a town with moderate slopes and a crossing point for the Siurana River with no more than 370 inhabitants and 14 square kilometers.

THE MEANING OF ITS NAME, “POBOLEDA FOREST”, SAYS A LOT ABOUT WHAT POBOLEDA IS: A PLACE SURROUNDED BY A PARTICULAR VEGETATION.

Poboleda is a small town founded in 1170 that has many stories to tell and where we can see historic architecture from the 18th and 19th centuries. A place to disconnect and enjoy.
