Product availability may change without prior notice, especially in the case of limited productions.
3. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices are expressed in euros (€) and include current VAT.
Available payment methods are displayed during the purchase process and may include credit/debit card and other secure payment gateways.
Payments are processed through external platforms with encryption to guarantee security.
4. Shipping and Expenses
We offer free shipping for purchases over €100 for the peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
For lower orders, shipping costs are indicated before confirming the purchase.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days, except in cases of force majeure or circumstances beyond the company's control.
Shipments are not made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, unless previously agreed with the customer.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal, provided that the products have not been opened or tampered with.
Wines and gastronomic products cannot be returned if the bottle has been opened, for food safety reasons.
Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of defective products or shipping errors.

Cellers Totó Marqués guarantees the quality of its products in accordance with current legislation.
In the event of receiving a defective or damaged product, the customer must contact us via email to manage the incident and process the replacement or refund.
