Elaboration: The grapes macerate and ferment in small stainless steel tanks, separating the varieties and estates from the beginning. After malolactic fermentation, French oak barrels are filled for approximately 12 months.

Tasting note: Sweet and soft wine, wears a beautiful cherry color. On the nose, mineral notes are presented with small nuances of caramelized orange and cherry. With a very expressive smoky touch, the flavors are accompanied by a good palate, ideal to accompany all kinds of meats and rice dishes.
