Elaboration: Fermentations are slow for varieties in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
The wine is aged in French oak barrels for approximately one year. A very gentle filtration is carried out to avoid imperfections without affecting the structure of the wine.

Tasting note: Wine from Priorat, it has a great density. On the nose, after a few minutes, notes of infusion such as green tea stand out, with some touches of dried figs. On the palate, it is very fresh, minty, long and mineral. Intense aftertaste. It goes very well with red meats and game.
