Production: The grapes are macerated and fermented in small stainless steel tanks, separating the varieties and estates from the beginning. After malolactic fermentation, the wines are filled into French oak barrels for approximately 12 months.
Tasting note: Complex wine with floral and balsamic notes, combined with mineral and wild fruit touches.
