Elaboration: The fermentations are slow, by varieties, in stainless steel vats and with temperature control.
The aging is done in French oak barrels where it spends approximately one year. A very gentle filtration is made that allows us to avoid imperfections without affecting the structure of the wine.

Tasting note: Priorat wine, presents a great density. On the nose, after a few minutes, infusion notes such as green tea stand out, with a few touches of dried figs. In the mouth, it is very fresh, minty, long and mineral. Intense aftertaste. It goes very well with red meats and game.
