Elaboration: The grapes macerate and ferment in small stainless steel tanks, separating the varieties and estates from the beginning. After malolactic fermentation, French oak barrels are filled for approximately 12 months. 

Tasting note: Complex wine with floral and balsamic notes, combined with mineral and wild fruit touches.
