Elaboration: After a second fermentation (Malolactic) to correct acidity and give it more structure. The aging of 10% of this wine is done in a 225-litre French oak barrel where it spends approximately one year. 

Tasting note: It stands out among our Prades wines with floral and fruity notes, combined with mineral and saline touches.
